Robert F. Kelly, Jr. represents employers and insurance companies in workers' compensation matters throughout Pennsylvania.
After graduation from law school, Mr. Kelly practiced primarily in the area of Workers' Compensation, handling hundred of cases up through the Appellate level. Mr. Kelly has also been a speaker at numerous continuing legal education seminars though the Delaware County Bar Association.
Mr. Kelly graduated from Boston College in 1987 and his law degree from Villanova University School of Law in 1990 where he was selected to the Moot Court Honor Society.
Mr. Kelly is currently Vice President of Delaware County Bar Association and a member of the PBA House of Delegates for Zone 9. He also serves on many committees of the Delaware County Bar Association, such as the Workers' Compensation Committee, The Law Day Committee, the Historical Records Committee, the Arbitration Committee and The Judicial Selection and Retention Committee. He is on the Board of Directors of the Delaware County Bar Association and the Alumni Awards Committee of the Villanova University School of Law. He is also a past member of the Law School's Alumni Board of Directors. He is an active participant in local matters as well as a number of law related organizations, including Brehon Law Society of Philadelphia, of which he served on the Board of Directors. He is a member of Thornbury Township (Delaware County) Historical Society and serves as a Judge of Elections for Thornbury Township. He also services on the Board of the Delaware County Hero Scholarship Fund.
