Anthony J. Bilotti

Anthony J. Bilotti is the founding member of Anthony J. Bilotti & Associates, LLC, located in Media, Pennsylvania and Princeton, New Jersey. He has over thirty years experience representing employers and insurers in a variety of civil and administrative matters involving litigation and counseling.

Mr. Bilotti was formerly co-chair of the Philadelphia Bar Association's Workers' Compensation Section and served on its executive committee for several years. He also served for three years as chair of the Workers' Compensation Committee of the Defense Research Institute, the largest national organization of civil defense attorneys.

Mr. Bilotti is a graduate of Villanova University where he received his undergraduate degree in 1978. He is a 1981 graduate of Villanova University School of Law. Mr. Bilotti has extensive experience in the areas of workers' compensation, insurance coverage litigation, bad faith litigation, personal injury litigation, and product liability litigation.

He is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

He has successfully represented employers and insurers in a number of landmark cases before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, Commonwealth Court, and Superior Court, including Kuney v. PMA Insurance Co., Ryan v. WCAB (Community Home Health Services), Banic v. WCAB (Trans Bridge Lines, Inc.), and Davis v. WCAB (Boro of Swarthmore).

Mr. Bilotti is an active member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Philadelphia Bar Association, the Delaware County Bar Association and the Defense Research Institute. He has been listed in Pennsylvania Super Lawyers.
