Andrea Weaver

Andrea Weaver represents employers and insurance companies in workers' compensation throughout Pennsylvania and the entire state of New Jersey, working out of both the firm's Pennsylvania and New Jersey offices.

Ms. Weaver is head of the firm's New Jersey workers' compensation practice. Her experience includes litigation of hundreds of workers' compensation matters in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, successful litigation of Motions for Medical and Temporary Disability Benefits in the Division of Workers' Compensation, and successful appellate advocacy in the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania, all on behalf of employers, their insurers, and third party administrators.

Ms. Weaver received her undergraduate degree from Muhlenberg College in 2000 and her law degree from Villanova University School of Law in 2003 where she served as the Executive Editor of the Villanova Environmental Law Journal.

She is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, the Middle District of Pennsylvania, the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the Supreme Court of New Jersey. She is a member of the New Jersey Defense Association, New Jersey State Bar Association, Delaware County Bar Association and the Pennsylvania State Bar Association. Ms. Weaver has been listed as a Super Lawyer Rising Star for several years.
