Andrea Weaver
Andrea Weaver is the Managing Attorney/Owner of the firm and represents employers and insurance companies in workers’ compensation throughout Pennsylvania and the entire state of New Jersey.
Ms. Weaver is head of the firm’s New Jersey workers’ compensation practice. Her experience includes litigation of hundreds of workers’ compensation matters in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, successful litigation of Motions for Medical and Temporary Disability Benefits in the Division of Workers’ Compensation, and successful appellate advocacy in the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania, all on behalf of employers, their insurers, and third party administrators.
Ms. Weaver received her undergraduate degree from Muhlenberg College in 2000 and her law degree from Villanova University School of Law in 2003 where she served as the Executive Editor of the Villanova Environmental Law Journal.
She is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, the Middle District of Pennsylvania, the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the Supreme Court of New Jersey. She is a member of the New Jersey Defense Association, New Jersey State Bar Association, Delaware County Bar Association and the Pennsylvania State Bar Association. Ms. Weaver has been listed as a Super Lawyer Rising Star for several years.
Robert F. Kelly Jr.
Robert F. Kelly, Jr. represents employers and insurance companies in workers’ compensation matters throughout Pennsylvania.
After graduation from law school, Mr. Kelly practiced primarily in the area of Workers’ Compensation, handling hundreds of cases up through the Appellate level. His experience includes over 28 years handling workers’ compensation cases for Municipal employers. Mr. Kelly has also been a speaker at numerous continuing legal education seminars though the Delaware County Bar Association.
Mr. Kelly graduated from Boston College in 1987 and his law degree from Villanova University School of Law in 1990 where he was selected to the Moot Court Honor Society.
Mr. Kelly is a past President of the Delaware County Bar Association and a member of the PBA House of Delegates for Zone 9. He also serves on many committees of the Delaware County Bar Association, such as Co-chair of the Workers’ Compensation Committee, The Law Day Committee, the Historical Records Committee, the Arbitration Committee and The Judicial Selection and Retention Committee. He served on the Board of Directors of the Delaware County Bar Association for over ten years, as well as the Alumni Awards Committee of the Villanova University School of Law. He is also a past member of the Law School’s Alumni Board of Directors. He is an active participant in local matters as well as a number of law related organizations, including Brehon Law Society of Philadelphia, of which he served on the Board of Directors. He is a member of Thornbury Township (Delaware County) Historical Society and serves as a Judge of Elections for Thornbury Township. He also serves on the Board of the Delaware County Hero Scholarship Fund, which provides college scholarships to the children of Police Officers and Firefighters killed in the line of duty.
Angelina Nordeman
Ms. Nordeman is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. She represents clients throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Ms. Nordeman is active in the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Philadelphia Bar Association.
Michelle Kearsley
Michelle Kearsley concentrates her practice in worker’s compensation. Ms. Kearsley graduated from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2023. She received her Bachelor of Science, magna cum laude from The College of New Jersey in 2019.
Ms. Kearsley is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. She represents employers and insurance companies throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Anthony J. Bilotti
Anthony J. Bilotti is the founding member of Anthony J. Bilotti & Associates, LLC, located in Media, Pennsylvania. He is currently Of Counsel to the firm. He has over thirty years experience representing employers and insurers in a variety of civil and administrative matters involving litigation and counseling.
Mr. Bilotti was formerly co-chair of the Philadelphia Bar Association’s Workers’ Compensation Section and served on its executive committee for several years. He also served for three years as chair of the Workers’ Compensation Committee of the Defense Research Institute, the largest national organization of civil defense attorneys.
Mr. Bilotti is a graduate of Villanova University where he received his undergraduate degree in 1978. He is a 1981 graduate of Villanova University School of Law. Mr. Bilotti has extensive experience in the areas of workers’ compensation, insurance coverage litigation, bad faith litigation, personal injury litigation, and product liability litigation.
He is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
